The primary responsibility of WhizBase support team is to provide answers to any additional questions that registered, licensed users may have, for which the answer has not been provided in the WhizBase manual, FAQ page or WhizBase Discussion Forum.
However, even if you are not a registered user of the WhizBase (i.e. if you use WhizBase for evaluation purposes, or use freeware version), please feel free to ask our support team any question you think may help you in learning more about the WhizBase. We will do our best to help you, but we are under no obligation to provide such support.
The easiest and the fastest way to get your answer is to post a message to WhizBase Discussion Forum, including as many details about the problem as you can provide. The more details we get from you - the better. By posting your questions on the discussion forum, you will help other WhizBase users improve their skills in WhizBase programming (or some of them will help you).
