Description
This command is used for setting a new password for specified user (WB_DBUser) in workgroup file (WB_System),
using old password value (WB_DBOldPass) and new password value (WB_DBNewPass)
that can be verified using control password value (WB_DBNPassCh).
The result can be displayed using $WBAdmin[] tag.
